The Training Collective Logo

In 2014 The Training Collective was formed as a spin-off company out of multi-award winning company The Creative Collective, to focus solely on training. We are still ‘sister’ companies, and work closely together as we believe offering a service and sharing knowledge is a powerful combination for business success and that our offerings are symbiotic. We also share staff, premises and a continual exchange of knowledge in terms of what is the latest and greatest in technology and digital marketing trends. Some of our clients start with training (with The Training Collective), and then engage us for our services. Others start with services, and identify a need for training. Either way, we’re happy to help.

We have extensive experience in the development and successful delivery of a wide range of online and offline training having completed numerous projects for Government agencies and other private clients. Indeed we have been training in online success topics since 2009, well before many others entered the market place.

Whether it is providing one staff member in training on a particular social network, or devising a year long program to up-skill your entire workforce, our extensive range of training solutions will help improve the digital skills of your team and ensure long term success.

The Training Collective has extensive experience in the development and delivering everything from one hour webinars to half day and full day training, through to 12 week online programs and year long professional development plans for large organisations.

We also have extensive online experience and demonstrated skills in the development of effective websites and online resource portals, developing system user-guides and customised procedures, as well as online and offline training in the use of new systems.

This session empowered me to further explore and use social media for our business purposes.  The trainer was both entertaining and informative, making a daunting subject for me achievable and fun.

Thanks it was a really valuable program … I now know what is out there, how it works, how vital it is and what to ask for when working with social media consultants (and can run checks on how well they are performing too! Since the program we have set up an online business using Shopify, and Facebook and are about to set up a Pinterest account too. Many thanks, it is a really valuable, down to earth and vital program.
I completed the GUTS intake 2 and recently launched my new website!! I learnt a great deal from this course and as it is my first attempt at designing a website, I realise that it is a work in progress and that I still have a long way to go. But great that I could even have a go at this!
Get Up to Speed was an interesting and informative experience. The online format, enabling me to access the information at my own pace, and revisit lessons if needed was a bonus.
A wealth of information last night Zoe Wyatt, mind blowing stats for future social media, hard to get my head around reinforced our need to engage in one or several forms of social media, best of all, it was very easy listening. Thank you.
Yvette Adams, just want to pass on this message. I have been struggling to put all my social medias together, trying to understand setting up a blog etc, even though my computer skills are minimal. But I’m determined to forge on. I’ve been leading a very busy life, but have managed to log on to webinars at 7.30p.m. Tuesdays. I find the e-lessons very easy to follow & are backed up by webinars. The greatest resource however seems to be the members lounge, where everyone raises issues & the great input by mentors & members is fantastic. At first I found it to be mind boggling, the amount of information, but now I want to try & use these resources to improve our business through social media. I think I found by planning a weekend or day off, with the plan to tackle it works for me. The Mentors are Brilliant! Thanks Training Collective!
Thank you Yvette, Zoe, Paul, Anthony and everyone involved in the program – I enjoyed every aspect of it! Beside providing me with tools with which to improve my online presence, it gave me confidence to go on. There is so much information packed in these twelve weeks, it is invaluable!
You have not only taught us the information we need to know now to keep our businesses up to date but you have also shown us the resources to enable us to look up and keep learning in the future.
The training I received during the WordPress for Business session has helped demystify the nuts and bolts of my website.  I now feel that I have the knowledge to make some ongoing changes to the website to help keep it relevant.  There is obviously so much more that I need to know, but this session was a great start and I look forward to further training in the future.
