Our Story
The Training Collective are proud to be a digital skills training provider of choice for some of Australia’s biggest brands, offering training nationwide online and in person, publicly and privately.
We have been offering digital skills training since 2009, and working closely with our sister company The Creative Collective as we believe offering a service and sharing knowledge is a powerful combination for business success and that our offerings are symbiotic.
On 1 December 2022, we merged with The Creative Collective and now proudly operate as a division.
Today some of our clients start with training (with The Training Collective) and later engage us for our services. Others start with services and later identify a need for training.
Either way, we’re happy to help.
What We Do
We have extensive experience in the development and successful delivery of a wide range of online and offline training having completed numerous projects for Government agencies and other private clients. Indeed we have been training in online success topics since 2009, well before many others entered the marketplace.
Whether it is providing one staff member with training on a particular social network, or devising a year-long program to up-skill your entire workforce, our extensive range of training solutions will help improve the digital skills of your team and ensure long-term success.
The Training Collective has extensive experience in the development and delivering everything from one-hour webinars to half-day and full-day training, through to 12-week online programs and year-long professional development plans for large organisations.
We also have extensive online experience and demonstrated skills in the development of effective websites and online resource portals, developing system user guides and customised procedures, as well as online and offline training in the use of new systems.
