IGNITION PROGRAM
The Ignition program is a new 6 week online program offered by The Training Collective. It is also offered as an in person ‘bootcamp’ in some locations during school holidays. The course goes above and beyond to teach people what they really need to know to be a valuable work experience student or intern, gain employment or simply get started in an increasingly digital world. As the name suggests, this course helps you get the motor running ready to take off on your digital journey. Ignition is a great course to invest in if you are a parent wanting to keep up with your kids, have a teenager that you want to increase their chances of employment, and/or starting their own business, or a business person who wants to improve their digital skills and confidence, and be much better placed to continue with other learning paths with The Creative Collective.

WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAM ARE SAYING

The Training Collective was honoured at the prestigious national 2014 ANZIAs (Australia New Zealand Internet Awards) held in Melbourne, taking out the hotly contested and penultimate award of the evening, the Access & Digital Skills category, in recognition of our work developing and delivering the 12 week online Get Up To Speed program.
Category finalists included the Australian Communications and Media Authority Cyber Safety program, iiNet and the Deaf Society of NSW making the win a real victory for us who have continued to offer the program without any Government funding or other sponsorships for the past 18 months from our Sunshine Coast base.
The Get Up To Speed program has now helped over 700 people across Australia and New Zealand gain essential digital skills and awareness, with outcomes wide and varied.
