Anglican Care

Anglican Care are an innovative aged care provider that have been operating since 1956 and have a reputation for the quality of care provided by their skilled and caring staff.

Anglican Care engaged our sister company The Creative Collective September 2018 for search engine optimisation and Google Ads and in this time we have also been trusted to facilitate training for their team on a variety of topics. We delivered a two hour training session to Anglican Care’s Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant to help them to navigate their way around their new WordPress website. We were able to help them to have more understanding of a WordPress website behind the scenes and how to perform basic tasks.

We delivered a session on LinkedIn when they recognised that their team had little knowledge of the corporate use and advantages of LinkedIn and wished to explore its features and develop a strategy for this powerful business platform.

More recently we ran a session for them on ‘how to get the most out of Zoom’ after the organisation was thrust into needing to rely on this popular video conferencing platform during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns in 2020.

Multicultural Australia

Multicultural Australia

In April 2016, we worked with Multicultural Development Australia in Brisbane to deliver training in MailChimp and EventBrite. MDA is an independent multicultural agency committed to delivering a welcoming Queensland where all new arrivals have the opportunity to fully contribute and participate in a multicultural society.

The outcome of the training with us was to provide a deeper understanding of the features of MailChimp and to help the organisation to strategise and streamline their use of this powerful eDM (electronic direct mail) system. Prior to the training, multiple team members had access to the system and were uploading lists and sending out communications without any cohesive strategy or procedures.

The training included a thorough review of their existing MailChimp system, the preparation of a custom slide deck and then both presenting the slides and facilitating discussions with various team members to create a plan to move forwards with in terms of the ideal of having one list with multiple groups and sub groups, giving the team ultimate flexibility for broadcasts in the future.

A more minor request for the training was to review the organisations current use of EventBrite and to advise on integrations between MailChimp and EventBrite and to introduce the team to some features of EventBrite they were not aware of nor using.

The training included best practices in terms of establishing / fixing up your LinkedIn profile, how to use LinkedIn’s powerful search functions to find relevant people within the industry be it potential speakers, new members, deactivated members or more, and how to prepare relevant and meaningful content to distribute on both profiles and the official Green Building Council of Australia LinkedIn page.

APNIC (Asia Pacific Network Information Centre)

APNIC (Asia Pacific Network Information Centre)

APNIC is a not-for-profit Regional Internet address Registry for the Asia Pacific region and provides number resource allocation and registration services that support the global operation of the Internet.
