Penny Boyer – Training Coordinator

With an extensive background in administration and accounts in both New Zealand and Australia in various industries, Penny has experience across a range of fields.
Beginning with The Creative Collective in 2008, a year after our inception, her role has evolved from administration to accounts and now as a social media specialist. Penny’s strength is in researching and preparing unique content which engages with people from all walks of life to create a sense of community and knowledge on a variety of social media platforms.
She is adept at analysing results, making recommendations to clients, picking up at social media trends and leveraging from them, preparing insightful client reports, and designing high quality imagery.
Penny now divides her time across The Creative Collective in a Social Media Specialist role, and also as the Training Coordinator for our sister company, The Training Collective, regularly arranging online and face to face private + public training for individuals small businesses, corporates and Government clients. This high paced role sees her regularly liaising with 10 trainers in locations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring their successful on boarding, taking client briefs and preparing training orders, supplying trainers with training orders, coordinating all aspects of the scheduled training (venue, catering, travel, tech equipment etc) and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
