
National Retail Association
We provided a full day private training to the marketing team at the National Retail Association based in Brisbane when the marketing manager identified that she would like to ensure all team members had good foundational knowledge in social media, and that they were working in a cohesive way together.
With other competitors vying for the membership dollar of people in their sector, and with the sector severely impacted nationally by COVID, ensuring the association were communicating in a relevant and timely manner with the interests of all stakeholders firmly in mind at all times was key. Together we devised a content calendar which would ensure all stakeholders were fairly represented, and reviewed and revised the team’s internal content planning and scheduling process.
A range of resources and actions were provided in a debrief post session.
