Port Stephens Tourism

In April 2020, we provided some one on one Facebook Ads training to the Marketing Manager of Port Stephens Tourism. The organisation had previously outsourced their Facebook Ads and were hopeful of running campaigns themselves. Like many company’s we worked with, we identified that though they were running some boosted posts from within their page via the Ads Centre, they were not correctly set up on Facebook Business Manager nor accessing their Facebook Business Manager or mobilising ads in a manner which provided them with the most effective options. The training therefore became a trouble shooting session, requiring us to rectify their set up and provide a thorough debrief thereafter in order to set them off on the right foot.

Once the structure was correct we provided some training in Campaign Planning (complete with providing our Campaign Plan template), choosing the right objective, audiences, budgets and durations for campaigns. The client found the training so valuable, they have engaged us for additional training since and are gradually building their confidence to run their own ads.
