Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of The Training Collective. This Return and Refund Policy was created on 1 January 2014.

In person training

Our in person training incorporates our BYO Workshops, Consults, Speaking Appearances & Client Training.

Where a customer has paid upfront, should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Regrettably no refunds can be made except in the case of a workshop if the event minimum numbers are not reached, and the workshop does not go ahead.   Workshops require a minimum of 5 attendees to go ahead – if the minimum attendee number is not reached, a full refund or credit of the training fee paid, will be given to attendees who have already paid. Accommodation and travel is booked at the risk of the attendee. Compassionate grounds may be exercised at the discretion of The Training Collective in events where the participant can provide proof of an extreme event such as a death in the family, or doctors certificate resulting in their inability to attend.

Online training

Our online training incorporates our webinars, online modules and online programs.

We do not issue refunds for our online training once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
