Why should I pay you for a meeting with your business? Can’t I just come and meet you for free?

We are more than happy to speak to you for 15-20 minutes about your business/project/requirements which you can book here. If you need more time with us than that, we deem this a consult and do charge for this service. We are professional consultants & trainers who have invested heavily into learning all we know so we can impart knowledge with you. We are offering an extremely valuable service that can seriously improve your business (you wouldn’t expect a free consult with your accountant or lawyer now would you?)

How do I book one of these sessions and when will the session be?

Simply enquire with us stating which of the above packages you are most interested in. We’ll raise you a quote to accept and thereafter an invoice along with some times the most relevant trainer consultant is available. Our availability is subject to your locations + agenda you wish to focus on + timing. At times our consultants and trainers are in high demand and sessions may be booked 2-4 weeks ahead of time. At other times, we may have someone available to meet with you within the week. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeframes where possible.

What are your COVID safety procedures?

We are taking a range of measures to ensure the safety of our clients and team. These include observing social distancing with reduced seating, being aware of training with distance and offering online solutions where relevant. Where we are delivering training in your space we will ask a range of questions to ensure the safety of our team.

Below are a few case studies to give you an idea of the variety of businesses and industries we have worked with, and our ability to customise training solutions to each client, based on their unique requirements.

Stellarossa

Stellarossa

In April 2018 we were engaged by Stellarossa, to deliver a 1.5 hour presentation to all of their franchisees at their annual conference in Brisbane. The aim of the presentation was to help their franchisees understand social media and how to use it better to promote their various locations.

A thorough review of many of the coffee shops current Facebook presences was conducted prior to the training, with best practice examples + examples who could show improvement in the way their page was optimised and the way they were handling visitor posts articulated into the custom slide deck. The outcome was that the franchisees in attendance left with new knowledge and many practical tips on how to enhance their existing channels.

In August 2018, we were engaged again by the company to deliver a 4.5 hour presentation to 3 staff members at the company’s head office in Brisbane. The agenda included some specific requests for clarity on social media items, but for the overall outcome being to create a Social Media Strategy for their business. We were able to provide them with a strategy, action plan and implementation plan to follow post training and the company continues to call on us to this day for advice.

Buderim Chiropractic have been supporting the health of the people of the Sunshine Coast since 1996. Being quite an established business and mainly relying on word of mouth and referrals for marketing to date, the owner wanted to learn more about the possibilities of social media, and to provide training to another key member of staff, so the pair could work together to post more frequently and with more confidence.

Through a two hour session provided in-house at the practice, we were able to work dynamically providing live examples on the practice’s own Facebook page and to give a run through of Canva as a tool for creating visual content in the future.

Travel Bootcamp

We delivered MailChimp training to the team at Travel Bootcamp in Sydney. Travel Bootcamp offer one-day conferences for people looking to make careers as Instagrammers, bloggers or writers.

While Travel Bootcamp were already using MailChimp, they were looking to expand their knowledge in areas such as cover designs, templates, list engineering and so forth. The outcome of the training was a client who had a clear strategy for her MailChimp account structure and activity moving forwards.

Lists were consolidated into a master list + various groups, which templates she would require moving forwards were confirmed (and guidance given on the use of Canva to make relevant images) + a communicating schedule was planned. The client was very happy she had traveled from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast on a weekend to engage in the one on one training!

Flying Ruby

Flying Ruby

We provided some private training to the team at Flying Ruby, an event production and brand activation agency based in Sydney. Training was provided online in a half day format, when the company found themselves unable to trade due to COVID.

Starting with a half day session in Social Media Strategy, we provided a range of resources and ‘homework’ for the team to complete in between training sessions based on what we identified throughout the very interactive and bespoke session. One week later we provided a session on Facebook + Instagram for Business + Boosted posts. 

The team found many benefits in loved the training and now approach their social media posting much more strategically and analytically than they did previously.

Botani

We worked with Botani in Melbourne to deliver them advanced training in MailChimp. Botani is a leading skin care brand delivering pure, authentic and 100% vegan pure plant skin solutions using only natural and certified organic ingredients. The company’s objectives for EDMs/MailChimp were defined during the session and included:

1/ To make sales

2/ Increase brand awareness

3/ Educate your audience on ingredients etc

4/ News – change of formula, packaging, launch product, seasonal trade etc.

5/ Increase web traffic

A range of follow up items were advised post the training including how they could consolidate their lists, integrate PayPal on MailChimp so they could start to track orders resulting from email marketing activities, how to implement conversion tracking on the company website so they could track user journeys and ecommerce conversion from EDMs also and how to ensure their website sales were connected to MailChimp for future marketing.

Allen’s Training

We delivered a keynote presentation on Facebook and LinkedIn for business at Allen’s Training national conference for their franchisees. Allen’s Training are among Australia’s largest training providers delivering nationally recognised courses to more than 120 000 students each year.

The social media training took place in Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast and the outcome was that attendees left feeling inspired and motivated by the possibilities of social media.

Allens’ Training head office subsequently contracted our sister company The Creative Collective to provide Facebook Advertising and Google Adwords services, and continue to manage this account with great results achieved.
