Kat is the business partner of The Training Collective’s sister company The Creative Collective and is an experienced and well received trainer based on the Newcastle, who is also able to travel to and train Sydney based clients. Drawing on a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in design and communication from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Kat’s strengths lie in branding, graphic design and web development but she is an all rounder in all aspects of marketing given her extensive and varied background.  Katrina has advised on the marketing strategy for businesses across a broad range of industries and sectors including retail, fashion, manufacturing, printing, property investment, real estate, business coaching/consulting, accounting and financial services. She has also planned and executed on many digital marketing campaigns with some excellent results.

Gina is an experienced and enthusiastic marketing strategist. Since arriving in Australia in 2014 from Colombia, Gina has shown great determination and commitment in improving her marketing skills, studying an Advanced Diploma in Business and a Diploma of Marketing at Hunter TAFE in addition to having a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering,Marketing, Business & Project Management from her University in Columbia. Whilst studying she has also held long term business development, events and marketing roles for well known organisations such as Visa and the Business Growth Centre and Lake Macquarie; as well as being a dedicated Marketing Manager for startups such as Eat Appy. From 2018 she transitioned into working for some of Newcastle’s leading digital marketing agencies, and joined The Creative Collective in early 2020. These roles have provided her with strong skills in online marketing, digital marketing strategy and brand management. She is especially well versed in SEO, Google Ads & Facebook Ads, and holds the official Google Ads Fundamentals + Google Ads Search Certification. Proactive and driven, she has been recognised with a number of awards, and as such as regularly called on to run training, sharing her extensive expertise.

Erin joined The Creative Collective team in January 2018, starting off as the first point of contact for many of our new enquiries in her role as s Project Support Officer. She expanded her skill set into understanding domain name renewals, hosting renewals and SSL purchases and then building on her experience with the Newcastle Jets Football Club as Show Caller and Events Intern; began to manage several social media accounts for our clients. In July 2019 she was promoted to an Account Manager role and has continued to develop her knowledge and skillset ever since. She graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Journalism and Public Relations in November 2016 and like many of our team, loves cocktails. She has interned & volunteered for many organisations in the Arts and Charity sectors and has a cute British Bulldog called Molly.
