Andrea has had a long career on the Sunshine Coast in a variety of client services/account manager roles at several well known agencies, and was doing some freelancing before joining The Creative Collective in January 2018. With a special interest and skillset in brand management, Andrea is also strong in photography + video production. She has worked with many high profile brands on major rebrand + marketing projects including Shine Lawyers, Stockland, SA Water, Buderim Ginger and Toyota just to mention a few.
Andrea juggles her role with the raising of her young son Owen, and also supports her husband Craig in his business – The Marble Bar Bistro at Sunshine Beach.
On the weekend you will find Andrea at the beach with the fam including their gorgeous French Bulldog Monty and at the occasional Music Festival having a ball on the dance floor.
Tess joined us in March 2021 as a social media specialist & photographer. Originating from the Sunshine Coast, Tess gained experience in the tourism industry working for entertainment venues, major events, hospitality sites and tour attractions.
These roles have provided Tess with strong skills in digital and traditional marketing. She has experience in all aspects of marketing including social media management, public relations, copyright, photography/videography, content production and editing, campaign management, web design, graphic design, brand management and email marketing.
Throughout her career she has assisted and coordinated marketing campaigns that have proven to drive increased awareness, engagement, and economic results. She will be working with clients as well as alongside our in-house team.
Tess has achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Business majoring in Tourism, Leisure and Event Management from the University of the Sunshine Coast and is on her way to completing a Master’s Degree in Marketing.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her fishing or surfing at the beach, sipping on cocktails, dancing on stage or escaping to the country.
Janine joined the team in May 2021 as an account manager. Now located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, she has gained extensive experience in the marketing industry. She brings with her over 20 years of marketing experience in a range of sectors including, fintech, FMCG, automotive, health and education.
Her previous roles as a marketing consultant, marketing strategist, account manager, product manager, marketing and research director have all prepared her with the strong skill set she brings to The Creative Collective.
Janine is highly talented in conceptualising, creating and implementing customer-centric marketing communications that deliver on organisational goals. She achieves this through her skills in brand positioning, value propositions, messaging, identity and consistency.
Janine studied and gained much of her experience in South Africa, as well as working in many other countries around the world including the UK and Japan. She attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal where she graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science, before graduating with honours at the AAA School of Advertising.
With over 15 years experience with entrepreneurship, online marketing & social media marketing, & entrepreneurship as well as being a holder of Cert IV in Training & assessment, Michelle is highly experienced and ready to help! She would love to provide training whether it be one on one or a group session, she can ensure you gain the digital skills you and your team need to move forwards.
Cate loves to help business owners turn social media from a time-waster into a customer-creator. She specialises in social media services and strategies to increase engagement and grow your business. She was a finalist in the Bx Business Person of the Year (2019) and in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards (2020). She also loves creating Facebook Messenger chatbots and is a Manychat Agency Partner.
Nic Henry Jones has over 10 years Digital Marketing experience. She’s a highly driven business creative who is passionate about helping business owners and entrepreneurs, market their businesses in smart ways.
She has facilitated many workshops in her time in business, and is now called upon by regional councils to facilitate training for them on a regular basis. She resides in the Adelaide Hills with her 3 children (including twin boys).
Stacey Murray is an experienced Social Media Trainer and Community Manager with a particular interest in helping small businesses reach their objectives. Stacey’s background includes lecturing and tutoring at tertiary college level, social media coverage of large trade events and working with numerous businesses to increase their reach and build a conversation with their customers. A lover of all things Twitter and Facebook, Stacey loves presenting to and working with groups, large and small. When not online, Stacey is passionate about her family, her cat and liquorice all sorts.
Stacey worked on a range of print and digital publications before switching her focus to social media. She now works closely with businesses to effectively communicate their message. She is based in Sydney & willing to travel to clients premises where needed.
