Bec joined our team in 2015 as an Adminstration Assistant, performing various administration tasks including developing and scheduling client’s social media, preparing imagery for social media channels, preparing email newsletters using MailChimp, arranging travel, diary management and more.

In April 2016 she joined our sister company The Training Collective as a Training Co-ordinator selling training products and services to clients wanting to improve their digital knowledge. This role includes arranging training with clients and travel for trainers, recruiting, interns, contractors and trainers. She took some time up in November 2016 with her third child and returned part time towards the end of 2017 with The Training Collective and more recently is picking up more hours with The Creative Collective.

Bec has over 25 years of experience in customer service and management having worked in retail, the beauty industry and as a travel consultant working for Harvey World Travel working with both business and leisure travel clients, which saw her win Rookie of the Year at the 2010 National Travel Industry Awards.

Like many of our team she is also entrepreneurial and in 2015 started selling organic herbal tea’s to mother’s online. In 2017 she was a finalist in the Retail Business category of the AusMumpreneur Awards which recognises retail businesses that have achieved outstanding results in all aspects of business, including marketing, profitability, influence, presentation and customer service.

Bec has a Certificate III in Travel and a Certificate II in Small Business. She has completed many of The Training Collective’s training courses including the Get Up To Speed program online, and the Instagram for Business and Advanced Facebook for Business workshops.

In the weekends you’ll find Bec at the beach and spending time with her friends and family.
